The Story of a Boy

I would like to share with you a story about a boy who wears glasses. His name is Jordan. Jordan had a pair of glasses, and these glasses allowed him to see. But one day, while he was cleaning his glasses off, one of the nose pads suddenly broke off! Jordan was sad, but he soon discovered that he could still wear his glasses with minimal discomfort, thus all was not forever lost.

Soon after this, Jordan and his dear wife Natasha went to Costco and picked out a new pair of glasses. They found the frames they liked and ordered them, only to discover that it would take a week for them to get in. This, however, was just fine because Jordan still had a functioning, yet mildly uncomfortable, pair of glasses.

But the story does not end here. The outlook seemed bright for brave little Jordan, but then tragedy struck. A few days after the glasses were ordered, Jordan was doing his school work. He had just finished a paper and was looking things over when Natasha came in to see what he was doing. Jordan had placed his glasses on the table in front of him, but Natasha did not notice this. As she bent over to look at the screen of the computer she placed her elbows on the table to brace herself, and SNAP!

Oh No! Jordan's glasses were wrecked beyond repair! Natasha was very sorry and Jordan was also sad...

Luckily, only a few days passed until the glorious arrival of Jordan's brand new glasses.

Again, Jordan could see, and he and Natasha lived happily ever after.

The End

There should be a lot of money in that piggy bank by now. You never get rid of anything, do you?
